Groups and clubs
La Jacquetiere offers the perfect base for your club or group to enjoy your activity together. The area is renown for its long, flat roads so your cycling club could enjoy the benefits of the quiet roads of rural France for self-guided tours.
Perhaps you have a painting or arts club? We can advise you on the very best places for inspiration such as local chateaus, river banks and rural French landscapes. Our yoga retreats are proving popular and a great way for you to take a break with your yoga class mates in a beautiful and relaxing environment. We also have links to a local potter, so perhaps you and your friends would like to join us to learn or improve your pottery skills. Along with the fabulous accommodation of La Jacquetiere gite, we also have secure storage available for bicycles, motorcycles and other equipment.

Yoga retreat
We welcome groups to La Jacquetiere for yoga retreats. We have equipment on site for up to 12 students (mats/block/bolsters/blankets) and we decorate one of the barns to create a relaxing and calm atmosphere. If you’re a yoga teacher get in touch for retreat rates at La Jacquetiere. Our cost-effective rates include rooms and catering if required and we can be flexible for long weekends or full week stays.
Pottery skills
We have strong links with a local potter whose gallery is just a 10 minute drive in the scenic village of La Grand-Pressigny. Le Deux Mains's potter, Pascal Planchard, can teach new techniques (trompe-l’oeil, patines and panoramique) on site in the barn or grounds of La Jacquetiere or at his gallery studio.
